Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent; college preferred
• 1+ year experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Knowledge of and ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment with high-speed internet
• Bilingual skills are desired
