Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Treatment Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote clinical monitoring and member education through various digital platforms
• Promote member self-care management by utilizing clinical judgment and data analysis
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless member experiences and monitor health progress

Required Qualifications

• Currently active and unencumbered RN license in the relevant state
• Minimum of 4 years nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings
• BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing school is required
• Experience in case/care management or population health is preferred
• Comfort with technology and managing large caseloads in a fast-paced environment
