Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Coding & Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities within the assigned department
• Ensure productivity and financial goals are met for individual employees and the Revenue Cycle team
• Lead and coordinate departmental personnel to maintain effective operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in financial and medical billing/coding
• Minimum of three years of financial, medical billing, or coding experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role
• At least one certification required: CPC, CCS, CCP, CCA, RHIT, or RHIA
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, and lead effectively
• Experience in analyzing data and proposing process improvements
