Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Workers Comp (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Guide the team in handling claims according to best practices
• Oversee adjuster hiring, training, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Experience with Workers Compensation claims in DE, NJ, PA
• Prior leadership experience of 3+ years preferred
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
