Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Workers Compensation Subrogation Specialist.

• Collect outstanding balances and provide necessary documentation
• Negotiate claims resolution with insurance carriers and responsible parties
• Maintain minimum account work standards and escalate high-risk customer accounts as needed

• 1 year of Workers Compensation Subrogation experience
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and negotiate settlements
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• Dependability and customer service experience are required
