Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed production goals and develop client and agent relationships
• Supervise a team and ensure effective communication of pertinent information
• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business while negotiating terms and coverages

Required Qualifications

• College degree or appropriate insurance designation
• Three years of experience in production and marketing of new accounts
• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
• High level of knowledge of wholesale insurance
• Ability to understand and analyze components of insurance policies
