Workday PRISM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Prism Consultant to support high-profile implementations within federal environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Workday PRISM Analytics solutions tailored to DOD or IC requirements
• Serve as the Workday PRISM subject matter expert in a client-facing capacity and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Optimize data ingestion and ensure compliance with DOD or IC security standards while providing training and support to users

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph
• Workday PRISM Analytics and Reporting Certifications
• 3+ years of experience in Workday PRISM Analytics implementation, development, and support
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, and data transformation processes
