Revenue Cycle Intelligence Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Intelligence Senior Associate to lead customer initiatives and support technology-enabled service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Engagement Managers with customer engagements focused on revenue cycle transformation and performance improvement
• Analyze complex healthcare data sets to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
• Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, analytics, or consulting
• Prior experience in a professional services or consulting environment is strongly preferred
• Experience working with or for RCM vendors, health systems, or payers is highly valued
