Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Auditor Technical Lead to provide expert leadership in audit execution and strategy for medical disability examination contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of project plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance with regulations
• Communicate with external stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain clear communication
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and promote a culture of continuous learning within the department

Required Qualifications

• Active Public Trust or ability to obtain one, requiring U.S. citizenship and a favorable background check
• Bachelor's degree or an additional four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• A minimum of twelve years of job-related experience, particularly in healthcare or medical examination projects
• Knowledge of government payor practices, coding systems (CPT, ICD-9, ICD-10, HCPCS), and healthcare regulations
• Understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems and data management practices
