Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume requisition loads and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through various methods and screen them to evaluate skills and motivations
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or two years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
  • Experience with customer service
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
  • Must reside in the State of Washington
