Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or technical recruitment
Proven track record of sourcing globally, especially in LATAM or EU regions
Proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
