Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of insured clients and oversee client renewal processes
• Assist with claim conflicts and solicit referrals
• Conduct full account reviews at renewal and maintain client information in the agency management system (EPIC)

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant insurance account management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
