Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and consult on strategies to grow a portfolio of approximately 130 accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth targets are met
  • Communicate marketing and ecommerce best practices to clients and collaborate on strategies to enhance revenue growth
  • Analyze client behavior data to identify churn risks and develop mitigation plans
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • 2 years of experience consulting with small to mid-sized clients or startups
  • Preferred experience in auctions, ecommerce, or large equipment sales business models
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
