Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Health Virtual NP or PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including triage calls and asynchronous messaging
• Support in-clinic PCPs with high-value clinical tasks such as medication refills and diagnostic result reporting
• Coordinate care with virtual and in-office teams, ensuring effective collaboration and patient management

Required Qualifications

• Active state license in AZ, WA, GA, or CO; additional licenses required upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings, with a focus on senior health populations
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with alternating weekends required
• Spanish speaking preferred
