Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product support and customer training for the InfoDive system
  • Resolve support issues via phone, email, and online assistance
  • Document and track client incidents in the CRM system, prioritizing and escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of four years of related medical practice experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Medicare Part B and Private Payer Billing policies
  • Working knowledge of at least one Practice Management Software System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
