Virtual Customer Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Account Manager Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Retain and grow business customer accounts through solution-based selling and account management via telephone
• Make outbound cold calls to current customers to meet sales quotas and prepare necessary sales documentation
• Develop customer relationships through regular contact and drive sales growth by introducing various products and services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a suitable home office setup with reliable internet service
• Must reside in designated states within the company's West Division
