A company is looking for a Vice President of Recruitment/Sr. Director of Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, with 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in designing scalable recruitment strategies in high-growth environments
  • Expertise in managing rapid hiring cycles and TA technology
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEI through inclusive hiring practices
