Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veteran Coach (SkillBridge) to assist U.S. military veterans with the VA disability claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching and consulting services for veteran clients regarding VA disability claims
• Provide virtual support through various communication methods and guide clients in preparing their claims
• Complete documentation in CRM systems and collaborate with other teams to enhance operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
• Must have high-speed reliable internet
• Experience with CRM software/Salesforce
• Previous knowledge of the VA disability benefits system is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in communications or business is a plus
