Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and leadership to ensure quality healthcare services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy required
• 7+ years of clinical experience in the practice of medicine required
• Management experience preferred
• Board certification in a medical specialty recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialists required
• Current Indiana state license as a MD or DO without restrictions required
