Key Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process, cost, and patient satisfaction improvement in scheduling and financial clearance
• Engage teams to meet and exceed performance targets while driving process improvements
• Collaborate with client executives to report on performance and develop improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-10 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, with at least 5 years in management
• Strong experience in Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital setting
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
• Analytical aptitude with knowledge of Excel, Access, SQL, and Visual Basic
