Training Developer for HAM/SAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Developer (HAM/SAM) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in developing comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Change Management, Marketing, or similar, with 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in developing training programs for customized hardware and software asset management solutions
  • Advanced understanding of MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with team members and project managers
