Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the NAM L&D strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead the design and execution of training programs, including onboarding and leadership development
  • Define KPIs to assess program effectiveness and promote a learning culture
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a commercial leadership role
  • Proven success in designing and implementing sales training programs
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and understanding of go-to-market models
