Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with market leaders and hiring managers
• Source candidates through various channels and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
• Conduct candidate screenings, manage the interview process, and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within home care, healthcare, or a related field, including 2 years recruiting for nursing roles
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruiting methods, best practices, and applicable employment laws and regulations
