• Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan services and conduct qualified plan presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams for territory development and client service, while meeting annual sales objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans or financial services
• Life insurance license required; must obtain Securities Representative licenses within 6 months
• Proactive selling skills are essential
• High level of professionalism and sound judgment
