Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect financial professionals and independent advisors to drive sales of retirement plan products
• Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan services and conduct qualified presentations
• Act as a liaison between clients and the Home Office, providing local service and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans and financial services
• Life insurance license required; must obtain Securities Representative licenses within 6 months
• Proactive selling skills are essential
• High level of professionalism and sound judgment
