Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales for the Target channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio with Target, achieving budgeted sales revenue and EBITDA contribution
• Establish and execute the overall vision and strategy to win with Target, collaborating with internal partners
• Build relationships with senior leadership at Target and manage the Target Team P&L

Required Qualifications

• Leadership experience in CPG sales, marketing, or retail merchandising; prior experience at Target preferred
• Track record of delivering top and bottom line results in a business development capacity
• Strong organizational skills and dependability
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
• Passion for driving customer and retail partner experiences
