Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager to guide customers through technical integrations and ensure the successful adoption of their product discovery platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding and customer lifecycle management, ensuring successful integration of APIs and data pipelines
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to design implementation plans and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Identify and resolve blockers to maximize customer value and create reusable documentation for scalable support
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical roles such as engineering, implementation, or technical account management
  • Hands-on experience with API integration and working with SDKs
  • Experience with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Track record of building processes and documentation to improve efficiency
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
