Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Centralized Access Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of referrals, new patient scheduling, and medical record acquisition
• Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
• Demonstrate fiscal accountability by managing expenses and assisting in budgeting for operations

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting with patient scheduling and access
• At least one year of experience serving as a lead worker
• Experience in a high-volume, direct patient contact medical setting preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and MS Office Suite
