A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business units and customers to negotiate and draft contracts
• Works with sales teams to prepare complex responses for proposals and contract modifications
• Provides guidance on contractual rights and obligations to account management and leadership

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Legal, Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field with relevant experience
• 8-10+ years of experience in technology contracting, including negotiations and risk mitigation
• 5+ years of post-award contract management support
• Experience leading global multi-service deals over $20 million
• Ability to use or learn collaboration and CLM tools
