Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure customer success with their technical and business goals using Sentinel products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the long-term delivery and use of Sentinel products and services for assigned customers
  • Conduct regular health checks and reviews of customer environments to ensure satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreements
  • Resolve technical issues, communicate with internal teams, and provide regular updates to customers until resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer interaction and account management in a technical environment
  • Programming experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, .NET, or Java
  • Experience working with large multinational organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining composure under stress
  • Demonstrated technical curiosity and customer-focused approach
