A company is looking for an Account Manager (Remote - Heartland).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist an Account Executive in managing and growing business within assigned accounts
• Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries
• Identify upsell opportunities and support renewal processes while promoting marketing communications to the account base

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in Inside Sales with a focus on Cyber Security
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong drive for results and ability to work well within a team
