Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful usage of services
• Develop an account retention strategy to achieve a 90+% renewal rate
• Up-sell products and services to existing customers while meeting renewal revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales
• Business-to-business sales experience, preferably in technology
• 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company
• Bachelor's degree preferred
