Manage high-volume requisition loads while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing talent through various platforms
Handle full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and training on recruitment best practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees in various industries
Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Agency staffing and healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
