Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Scout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume requisition loads while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing talent through various platforms
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and training on recruitment best practices


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees in various industries
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Agency staffing and healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
