Conducts telephonic triage and assessment, providing immediate support to members on various issues
Coordinates and completes case management of intakes and makes clinical determinations
Consults with Human Resources and service providers regarding employee issues and maintains professional documentation
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, psychology, counseling, or related field)
5 years of experience as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor or equivalent behavioral health clinical experience
Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Certified HR Professional, or Certified EAP Counselor preferred
Active, current, and unrestricted license in the state employed may be required for face-to-face counseling
Intermediate proficiency using Windows-based programs and knowledge of HIPAA regulations
