Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Scout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume requisition load and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans for various roles
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees in sectors like retail or manufacturing
• Proficiency with job boards and ATS systems
• Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
• Metrics-driven approach to recruitment
