Regional HR Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR services and employee relations in their assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement People & Culture strategies in collaboration with the Regional Talent Management team
• Oversee employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and provide guidance on HR best practices
• Consult with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance performance management processes

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management or related field is required
• 7-10 years of HR experience is required
• Experience with team integration via Mergers & Acquisitions is preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required
• Professional HR designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred
