Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Manager to join their People Technology team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, providing support and troubleshooting for end-users
  • Lead change management initiatives and evaluate application effectiveness to recommend design and configuration changes
  • Provide comprehensive production support and participate in Phase X implementations while offering training and documentation for HR staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Workday HCM, particularly in Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence Management
  • Proven experience with Phase X system implementations
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen for proactive problem-solving
  • Experience in requirements gathering and design within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage change effectively
