• Own and manage talent development programs, including design, delivery, and evaluation
• Assess team learning needs and create tailored development solutions
• Support performance review cycles and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in learning and development or talent management
• Proactive and organized approach to work
• Strong problem analysis and solution generation skills
• Experience in multicultural environments; knowledge of a second language is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-cultural teams
