Talent Acquisition Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team of campus talent acquisition professionals and oversees campus events
• Leads efforts to evaluate automation opportunities and manages data resources for campus recruiting
• Oversees the full life cycle of candidates and manages the campus recruiting budget and communication plans

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in Operations and/or Human Resources
• Advanced data analytic skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Co-Pilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects across a matrixed organization
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree required; project management certification preferred
