A company is looking for a Senior Director Global People Relations & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop global employee relations, people consulting, and HR compliance teams
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to People Consultants and Employee Relations teams
  • Design and implement comprehensive policies and risk management models to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, and Compliance
  • Extensive global HR/ER experience, particularly outside the Americas
  • Expertise in HR legislation and employment law
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Experience in managing business transformations and change initiatives
