Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team
  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordination
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate statuses and assist with job postings
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR functions, or high-level support/scheduling roles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Word
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Dayforce
  • Ability to perform heavy computer work within MS Office and ATS
