Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation & Equity Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation of executive compensation and equity strategies
  • Support the executive compensation process, including board materials and SEC filings
  • Conduct market studies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with total rewards philosophy
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation
  • Experience with equity compensation administration platforms
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for creating models and analyses
  • Workday Experience (Advanced Comp)
