Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will collaborate with the business to translate goals into actionable HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of business strategy and goals as part of senior staff and project teams
• Provide coaching and development to senior leaders on leadership practices and culture
• Analyze workforce trends using HR metrics to assess organizational health and influence talent management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience; 2 years can be substituted with a Master's degree
• 2 years of experience supporting executives at the top levels of an organization
• Experience in compensation, benefits, organizational development, and performance management
• Project management experience in developing and executing project plans
