Systems Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Integration Manager to oversee customer integration projects and manage API issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues
• Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of API integrations
• Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday, and SAP
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
