Job Summary

A company is looking for a Switzerland GV Expert/Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Swiss payroll subject matter expert during the ADP GlobalView implementation, ensuring compliance and business requirements are met
• Review and validate functional specifications, configuration decisions, and test scenarios, providing expert input and identifying risks
• Support data mapping, migration validation, and parallel testing by reviewing outputs and coordinating with technical teams to resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth working knowledge of ADP GlobalView, including operations and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of Swiss payroll regulations and end-to-end processing
• Strong understanding of payroll implementation lifecycle and stakeholder coordination
• Self-starter with a proven ability to adapt quickly to new systems and workflows
