Job Summary

A company is looking for a Swing Dispatcher/Router.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Area Dispatch Supervisor and ensure coverage for dispatchers during absences
• Manage cross-training and new hire training processes while participating in operational improvements
• Collaborate with dispatchers and routers to optimize route efficiency and handle escalations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
• Minimum of two (2) years of previous dispatching experience
• Additional training in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Computer skills with the ability to handle multiple programs and systems
• Industry knowledge and training/development skills
