Business Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Strategist to lead data-informed decision-making and strategic planning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of the company's 5-year growth plan and executive presentations
• Lead the creation of the Annual Operating Plan by analyzing customer behavior and sales trends
• Present data insights and improve data infrastructure while collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or consulting, preferably in CPG/Beauty
• Proven ability to convert raw data into actionable insights and communicate effectively
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and dashboard tools like Looker or Tableau
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and building trust with cross-functional teams
