• Proven leadership in financial strategy, with 1-3+ years in a senior or executive role
• Strong analytical and deal-structuring skills with the ability to work autonomously
• Familiarity with blockchain treasury management, DeFi ecosystems, and/or DAOs
• A bias toward action, systems thinking, and long-term vision
