Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Strategy Analyst to drive the growth of their home-secured personal loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, refine, and develop credit strategies for home-secured personal loans
• Create and analyze test/control scenarios to inform future strategies
• Collaborate across functional areas to enhance product offerings and improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the financial industry, specifically in credit risk and mortgage/home equity
• Proficiency in Python or similar, SQL, and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques
