Senior Tax Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Operations Director - US Compliance and Global Reporting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review the consolidated global tax provision under US GAAP and ensure proper tax account statements in the company's ERP system
• Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements income tax disclosures and coordinate with the internal SEC team
• Act as the main point of contact for external tax auditors and manage US Federal and state income tax audits and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience in the tax organization of a public or private company
• Experience managing the global tax provision, ideally in OneSource Tax Provision (OTP)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP / ASC 740 accounting rules and US federal and state tax laws
• Proficiency in Thompson Reuters OneSource suite of products, specifically OTP and OIT
